POSTAGE CHARGES. Conditions of sale are listed after postage charges information please read. If an order is placed online it is taken that the guide for calculating postage charges and the conditions of sale are accepted by the customer.
Postage and Handling are at the Customers expense.
All parcels dispatched from the Museum Shop Australia Post E Parcel with tracking, unless otherwise requested and agreed to by us. Requests can be left in the comments section of the online order.
THE MUSEUM ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR NON DELIVERY OR DAMAGE AFTER MAILING. Items will be well packaged.Receipts for postage sent are maintained at Museum.
If you are in any doubt goods should be insured. Please note that the postage & handling charges will be levied once with each order for each delivery address. Postage is charged at the following rates.
Please ensure correct postage amount is included if sending Money order or cheque. Incorrect amounts will only delay completion of order.
EXPRESS & COURIER - deliveries incur an additional surcharge when requested.
OVERSEAS SHIPPING will be calculated on individual bases. You will be notified before shipping.
Payment: Is required before goods can be sent. Payment may be made by cheque, money order. Bankcard, MasterCard, Visa card or AMEX card. When paying by cheque goods will not be sent until cheque is cleared and noted on our weekly bank statement. We prefer not to have cheques sent due to delays. If paying by cheque or money order process order as off line order and note payment option in comments section. You will be contacted with costs of postage & handling.
CONDITIONS OF SALES
Prices. The Museum attempts to keep all prices as low as possible. Constant changes in stock and pricing occur regularly. While we try to maintain the online shop as accurate as possible, errors due occur. The Museum reserves the right to correct inaccurate pricing at time of processing. In all instances the customer will be notified before shipping.
Stock. The Museum shop endeavours to keep stock of all items listed on this site. However we are sometimes dependent on our suppliers.
Orders. Orders may be emailed, mailed, faxed or telephoned through to our Shop with payment.
If an order is placed for more than one item and the Museum Shop is unable to fill the complete order you can expect to receive and be charged for only those items sent.
The remaining items from the order will be charged and sent to you upon receipt of those items by the shop. You will be kept informed of the progress of Back Orders and goods will be dispatched immediately upon receipt of goods at our shop.
Returns. Goods supplied by the Museum shop are considered to be a firm sale. Should a problem arise with the quality of goods received immediately contact the Museum within 24 hours to discuss the matter. Returns will only accepted for credit with a valid reason. Returns will not be accepted unless the goods are accompanied by an authorisation for return issued by the shop. Goods must be received in original condition for a credit note to be forth coming. Please note we do not refund.
Cost of return postage or shipping is the customers responsibility.
